WES Registration Process

How to apply WES?

 

To apply for a World Education Service evaluation report for Canada immigration purposes, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Create a WES account on the WES Website at www.wes.org

  2. Change the country to Canada at the top left corner.

  3. Click on Sign in, then scroll down and click on New to WES? Create an account.

  4. Select “Canada” for where will you use your evaluation?

  5. Select “Start Application” under “ECA Application for IRCC” section under “Select an application” option.

  6. Provide your e-mail address, click next and enter verification code received on the e-mail.

  7. Click continue and fill in the details correctly, make sure the details match your Passport.

  8. After setting up the security questions, click create account.

  9. After logging in you will reach “Your Education” section where you will upload the educational documents. Make sure you upload all the mark sheets of all the semesters and the final certificate as well.

  10. Pay the fees.

  11. Now you will get a reference number, which you need to save.

  12. You will have to contact your university or college and ask them to send your verified educational certificates to WES either by mail or online. Your university/college may also have some charges to process the application from their end.

  13. You can always log in to your WES account to check the status of your application. The whole process should take not more than one month.
