When you book a consultation regarding any issue related to immigration to Canada, we will examine your situation in order to find the right immigration route for your circumstances. We will look at your options and discuss what you can do to increase your chances of acceptance before applying. 
 

Our discussion can be based on the following points:

  • The best way you could get a work permit, student permit, permanent residence, or citizenship.

  • We will discuss your personal immigration options to work and/or live in Canada. The includes work permits, student permits, permanent residence, and citizenship.

  • The chance of you getting a job based on the demand for your skills in Canada, including what locations in Canada have the highest demand.

  • Do you need any Canadian qualifications to work in Canada, such as a trade or professional certificate? If so, we will discuss the process and requirements.

  • How you could upgrade your skills or qualifications to be more likely to get a job in Canada?

 

The consultation cost is CAD100$ plus tax for up to an hour.
 

The consultation can be done by video conference using Skype, Google Meet, Zoom, or by audio-only internet call via Skype or telephone, whichever is most convenient. Rohit is a Queen’s Law graduate and studied Immigration and Citizenship Law with distinction. He is authorized by law to represent people with Citizenship and Immigration Canada and with all provincial immigration authorities. 

Rohit is a member in good standing of the CICC and has a special IRB license as counsel to appear before the Immigration and Refugee Board for refugee, inadmissibility, appeals, and detention review hearings. He is also a member of CAPIC and Commissioner for Oath in and for Alberta. He takes clients’ goals and needs seriously and provides them with trusted advice, courtesy, and dedication.
Rohit is skilled in Immigration Law, Legal Writing, Immigration Policy, Legal Research, and exclusively practices Canadian immigration law. This focus allows him to stay abreast of the constantly changing laws and policies that affect clients. He handles all types of immigration cases, including economic classes, family class, H&C applications, temporary resident applications, LMIA, among other types of cases.
